Join us on this unique programme to learn how to improve your mental health by combining authentic Islamic practices with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – a current treatment of choice for a range of mental health difficulties. 
 
The six week programme is designed to:

Provide an insight into stress and how it can affect your mood, anxiety and sleep etc.
Learn practical approaches each week to manage stress and promote mental wellbeing drawing on the teaching of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and strategies from CBT.
Become spiritually uplifted; strengthen your relationship with both Islam and prophetic teachings.
